BBQ Chicken Breast

  • 4-6 chicken breasts
  • olive oil
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • fresh rosemary
  • salt and pepper


Place each chicken breast onto tinfoil.

In a bowl mix the oil, lemon zest and chopped rosemary.

Pour some of the mixture over each of the chicken breasts and season. Secure the chicken in tinfoil so the juice doesn't escape.

Place on the BBQ and cook for 30 mins until chicken is cooked through. To serve, cut chicken into slices and pour the juices over the meat.
