Chicken Casserole

  • chicken pieces
  • 1 can pineapple pieces
  • onions
  • carrots


  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • one cup of water
  • one cup of pineapple juice


Put chicken pieces in a casserole dish with chopped onions and carrots.

Drain pineapple pieces and add the pineapple reserving the juice.

Mix together ingredients for sauce.

Cover chicken with the sauce and slow bake in a moderate over for two hours.
