Ingredients and Method
Wash one tray of necks or gizzards.
In a pot add ginger, dash of soya sauce, oyster sauce, and a little salt.
Bring to boil and simmer for 1 hour.
Thicken with cornflour.
Eat with fingers.
Pour the juice over steamed rice.
