Coriander, Green Chilli and Coconut Relish

Ingredients

  • 300 gms coriander leaves and stalks
  • 150 gms mint leaves
  • 60 gms garlic
  • 20 gms cumin
  • 5 gms ground white pepper
  • 10 gms sugar
  • 5 gms sea salt
  • 150 mls lime juice
  • 50 gms green chili seeded
  • 200 mls coconut cream
  • 200 mls crème fraiche

Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree till smooth.

Correct the seasoning.

Place the relish in an airtight container and place in the fridge or freeze.

Use as required.
