Dipping Sauce - peanut base (Saigon style)
2 x tablespoons of water
1 x teaspoon Hoisin sauce
1 x teaspoon of peanut butter
1 x teaspoon of crushed peanut (for garnishing)
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 teaspoon of minced long red chili
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and serve with fresh spring rolls.
