Drunken Strawberries

Jacob Brown is a chef at Boulcott Street Bistro in Wellington.

Ingredients

  • 2 punnets strawberries
  • 75ml castor sugar
  • 100ml pinot noir

Method

Slice strawberries, sprinkle with sugar, and leave to macerate for 1/2 an hour. Add pinot noir and serve.
