Fire Dragon Noodle Soup
- 1/2 litre water
- 3 T soy sauce
- 1 T wasabi
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp Fire Dragon Bhuty Black Taniwha
- 1/2 a lime freshly squeezed
Finely chopped garlic (3 cloves) and a tsp of ginger.
Cook all in pot until boiling.
Add noodles, we like to use organic Udon, Soba or Ramen but you can use normal 2 min noodles (throw away sachet).
Once noodles are cooked put into bowl and add: fresh greens, lettuce, silverbeet, spring onions or whatever you have available.
Add chopped fresh herbs, coriander, mint, sorrel, garlic chives.
Top with chopped tomato, nuts, tsp wasabi, 1/2 lime, 1 tsp Fire Dragon NZ Green chilli sauce, then sprinkle chopped chilli to finish.
Bird's eye chillies work well but we normally use hotter chillies like habanero or ghost chillies. Any red or yellow chillies work well.
Make sure you wash hands well after chopping chillies!
