Green Sauce

Super easy sauce for fish


  • 1 cup coriander leaves and stalks
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • a little salt


Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Do this as close to serving as possible. The sauce is greener and livelier if it's just been blended.
