Grilled Yellowtail Kingfish and Tuscan Bread Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 160g kingfish steaks
  • 1 recipe Tuscan Bread Salad
  • a little olive oil
  • a little flaked sea salt
  • a few turns of fresh milled pepper

Method

Pre-heat grill or BBQ flat plate to a high heat.

Brush the kingfish steaks with a little olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt.

Place on the hot grill and cook for approximately 45 seconds to 1 minute. Turn and repeat on the other side. Remove from the grill and cover the kingfish with foil for a couple of minutes to warm though. Be careful not to overcook the kingfish as it will begin to dry out.

Place a spoonful of the bread salad on the plate followed with the grilled kingfish.
