Homemade mashed potatoes

Makes 100 portions


  • 20kg floury potatoes peeled
  • 6 L milk
  • 1kg butter


Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water.

Warm the milk with the butter.

pour off the water and mash the potatoes well.

Pour the milk and butter into the potatoes and mix.

Season with salt and pepper.
