Italian Gorgonzola Dolce 15 Minute Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of flakey puff pastry
  • 3 ripe pears; peeled and cut into thin slices
  • 250 g Igor dolce gorgonzola
  • 50 g Igor picante gorgonzola

Method

Preheat oven 200C.

Roll out the flakey puff pastry as for a medium sized pizza, transfer the pastry onto a baking tray prick it with a fork.

Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.

Remove the pastry from the oven and spread the pears previously peeled and sliced, evenly over the pastry shell and cover with gorgonzola.

Bake in the oven at 180C for a further 10 minutes.

Leave to cool for a few minutes then cut into slices and serve with a rocket salad.
