Kim's LSA Bar for Restless Legs
Adjust ingredients and quantities to suit your tastes.
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup sultanas
- 1 cup LSA (linseed, sunflower seed and almonds; buy ready-ground or grind your own)
- 1 cup ground nuts
- 1 cup coconut
- half cup melted honey
- half cup water
- pinch of salt
Heat oven to 180C.
Mix ingredients together. Grease a shallow baking dish big enough to hold the mixture. Put ingredients into dish and leave for a while, to set.
Bake until done (golden brown and hardened). Cut into bars.
NB: This may, or may not, assist in alleviating the 'restless leg' syndrome.
