Cooking Time: 5 minutes
- 1 litre of hot water
- 2-3 tbsp of miso paste (white)
- 1 sachet of dashi (Japanese stock)
- spring onion, chopped
- tofu, chopped
- dried wakame (seaweed)
- Optional: carrots, potato, onion, fish, meat etc!
1. Boil water in a medium sized pot
2. Add dashi and tofu in the pot and cook for a minute.
3. Dissolve miso paste. Add spring onion and turn off the heat.
4. Place few dried wakame (seaweed) in a serving cup and pour miso soup over to serve.
