Prosciutto and Figs

Cut figs in half and wrap a strip of prosciutto around fig, secure with a tooth pick (previously soaked in water). Either grill or barbeque quickly to get the fig juices to caramelise a little and prosciutto to crisp up around the edges. Serve warm.
