Smoked Mushroom Pate Cups
- 1 x 170g pack smoked mushrooms
- 150g cream cheese
- 6 anchovies
- ¼ cup or 5g dill
- 1 packet of pastry cups
Place the smoked mushrooms, cream cheese and anchovies in the bowl of a food processor and blend in bursts (use the pulse button) until well mixed.
Add the dill and fold through. Refrigerate until set.
Pipe or spoon the pate into the little cups and garnish as you wish.
This pate is also lovely served with a semi-sweet nutty bread, toasted.
