Steamed Broccoli with Pinenuts

  • 1-2 heads of broccoli
  • 1-2 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp pine nuts (toasted)


Separate broccoli florets and steam until just tender. Place in serving dish, dot with butter, scatter with pine nuts and a sprinkle of black pepper.
