Strawberry Granita
Ingredients
- 1 punnet of strawberries
- 100gms castor sugar
- juice of 1 lemon
- 250ml cold water
Method
Puree all ingredients together, then pass through a sieve.
Freeze in a baking dish, mixing every hour until crystals become light and fluffly.
