Tasty Fish Bake

(Serves 4-6, depending on the size of the fillets)


  • 4 fish fillets (any type)
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • rind and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp mustard (any type)
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • handful of basil or rosemary


Arrange the fish fillets in a baking dish.

Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl and pour over the fish.

Bake in a preheated 200ºC oven for 10-15 minutes.
