In this series David Morriss looks at the early music from an iconic city, Venice. He discusses composers including Adrian Willaert, Gioseffo Zarlino, the Gabrielis - Andrea and Giovanni, and of course Monteverdi.

David Morriss begins by discussing with host Rick Young one of the most important events in music history, the invention of music printing.
