Wellington ukulele group Free and Frank is putting the rock into bureaucracy with their catchy covers about the capital and working in central government. The group consists of public servants, singing and strumming tunes about Lambton Quay, the Mt Victoria tunnel and meetings. They’ll perform at the Wellington Folk Festival over Labour weekend.
