The annual Christmas show at the Basement Theatre is here once again, and this year it’s about an amateur dramatic society putting together their festive show, set in Levin. The cast are waiting for a celebrity to arrive, and from there the cast and special guest are thrown in the deep end. Writer Thomas Sainsbury talks about why Levin is the perfect place to set this year’s show and how they managed to convince some of NZ’s biggest acting names to participate.
