The “Dunedin sound” is being celebrated by the Dunedin Symphony Orchestra this weekend. Tally Ho! 2 features music spanning 40 years of Dunedin pop music and includes many of the original artists along with younger performers like soprano Anna Leese and singer/songwriter Nadia Reid, in a programme orchestrated by Graeme Downs. Conductor Peter Adams explains the joy of seeing people of all ages in the Dunedin Town Hall celebrating the city’s unique music heritage.
