    Part of a series celebrating the music of sitar maestro Ravi Shankar, Arghyam: The Offering features the classical Hindustani singer Ashwini Bhide Deshpande. Shankar himself described her as "not only a music scholar but also blessed with a beautiful voice." On the album she performs a selection of Shankar's ragas as well as one of her own (East Meets West Music 1010)
