Heat oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large pant over medium-high heat.
Sauté fish fillets for 1 -2 minutes on each side, or until l browned but notcooked. Transfer to a baking sheet, In a small bowl, stir together bread
crumbs, chives almonds and 1 tablespoon melted butter. Brush tops of filletswith egg, and spread with almond mixture and then bake in the oven for 4 minutes or until cooked. Serve with seasonal salad greenz and crusty local bread.
