Ingredients
- This will make enough to keep you happy for a couple of weeks.
- 1 cup good balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 3 tablespoons soft brown sugar
- Pinch salt
Method
Place in a jar and shake till combined.
