Smoked Salmon on Potato Cake

Ingredients

Per person

  • One hot, crisp small round hash brown or potato cake
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of cream cheese
  • smoked salmon (hot or cold smoked)
  • 2 Tbl vinaigrette
  • Hydroponic herbs for garnish

Method

Grill or bake potato cake/hash brown until brown and heated through. Place on plate with a small amount of cream cheese under cake to secure to the plate. Spoon on some cream cheese, place smoked salmon on top, and drizzle with vinaigrette. Add some herbs on the side as a garnish.
