The Solomon Islands High Court has brought forward the date for an enquiry into the stabbing death of New Zealand diplomat Bridget Nicholls.

"the inquiry will now commence on Wednesday and not Thursday as first scheduled. The date has been brought forward as Friday is a public holiday in Solomon Islands. The registrar of the high court David Chetwynd will head the inquiry as acting chief magistrate"
