Another pro reform group in the Cooks, Group for Political Change, is calling for the public to rally at Parliament tomorrow to call for a general election.
The group says five coaltion governments in three years has brought to the Cook Islands a never ending cycle of corruption, greed and financial abuse while the basic needs of the community are ignored.
