Fiji's registrar of courts, Musuka Tabete, says he cannot say when the Supreme Court will release its judgement in the government's case on the exclusion of the Labour Party from the multi-party cabinet.
The panel of mainly foreign judges met last Wednesday to hear submission in the case but its outcome is not known.
Mr Tabete says the judgment is on notice and that some of the judges have now left Fiji.
The government took the case to the supreme court after losing it in two lower courts.
