Palau Air has hired a former Qantas executive and one-time general manager of two South Pacific airlines as its CEO, as it prepares to launch services in December.
James Bradfield was general manager of Royal Tongan Airlines from 1996 to 1999 and before that he held the same position with Solomon Airlines.
