A local man from Palau, who is accused of killing a missionary pastor, his wife and their 11 year old son, is to stand trial at the end of August.
Justin Hirosi told police during the initial investigation that he had smoked methamphetamine and then forced his way into the missionary's home to steal a TV and VCR.
After allegedly killing the three, he is accused of kidnapping the couple's ten year old daughter and sexually abusing her, before leaving her for dead after attempting to strangle her.
Hirosi has pleaded not guilty to all charges by reason of insanity.
