It has been revealed n American Samoa that a senior Senator has submitted a claim to the Legislative Financial Office for reimbursement for gambling, clothing and other personal expenses.
Our correspondent says the unnamed senator asked for nearly four thousand dollars to cover expenses for providing dinner while on official business in Los Angeles and Hawaii.
But the documentation includes an invoice of more than 13 hundred dollars from a casino, another from a golf driving range, and one from the female underwear store, Victoria's Secret.
