The Samoan government says the World Bank has agreed to give it a four million US dollar grant to rebuild infrastructure wrecked by Cyclone Heta.
It comes after Samoa asked the Bank for funding for its Cyclone Emergency Recovery Project.
Prime Minister Tuilaepa Sailele says the requirements are being assessed.
"We are now in the process of identifying areas, the infrastructure that has been destroyed, for rehabilitation from this relief provided by the World Bank."
