Media reports from Tonga say members of the kingdom's 2nd peacekeeping force to the Solomons will return home on the 27th of this month.
It's yet to be confirmed whether Tonga will be required to send another peace keeping contingent to Honiara.
But, nations participating in RAMSI operations are expected to agree to an ongoing commitment and Tonga may be asked for a fresh contribution in the later part of 2005.
Meanwhile, Tonga's Prime Minister, Prince 'Ulukalala Lavaka Ata, is to lead the official delegation to the first anniversary celebrations of RAMSI in Honiara.
He will be accompanied by the Acting Commander of Defence, Commander Satisi Vunipola.
Commemoration activities will take place in Honiara on July 24th.
