Fiji's tax defaulters will now be banned from leaving the country until all outstanding debts are paid.
The Fiji Revenue and Customs Authority has signed an agreement with the Immigration Department and the police to enforce the ban.
The Revenue and Customs Authority will issue a Departure prohibition Order against tax defaulters which will be put into effect by Immigration and police at the airports.
