Solomon's PM to investigate claims of difficulties for investors

The Solomon's Prime Minister, Sir Allan Kemakeza, says he will investigate complaints from Australia that it is difficult to invest in solomon islands.

On his return from a trip to Australia, Sir Allan said several business people interested in investing had expressed disappointment over the long delays involved in processing their applications by the Foreign Investment authorities.

Thye Solomon Islands Broadcasting Corporation says Sir Allan will hold talks with officials from the Ministry of Commerce and Trade and in particular the investment Division.
