The Criminal Investigations and Intelligence Bureau in America Samoa has arrested four men, suspected of using the Rainmaker Hotel as a drug distribution base.

The men were found in hotel rooms with crystal methamphetamine and paraphernalia associated with using the drug, plus gun ammunition.

The CIIB commander, Vaa Sunia, says the men were paying guests of the Rainmaker and had been under surveillance for some time.

Those arrested are believed to be from Aua and Tafuna villages.
