Two people have been appointed as members of parliament to Samoa's Council of Deputies today.
Tuimaleali'ifano Va'aletoa and Tuiatua Tupua Tamasese Efi join Faumuina Anapapa, whose been a council member since 2002.
All three members on the Council of Deputies perform state functions if the Head of State is unavailable.
