The New Zealand government is inviting public comment on the Pacific Islands Forum's 'Pacific Plan'.
The Plan is aimed at developing greater regional cooperation and integration.
The Forum has distributed its working draft of the Plan which has been compiled by a specially drawn up task force.
That draft, which maps out where the region can gain the most from sharing resources and increasing co-operation - has now been sent to the member countries for their consideration.
