American Samoa initial cyclone aid delivery complete

The US Federal Emergency Management Agency, FEMA, has finished distributing emergency supplies to the victims of Cyclone Olaf, mainly in the Manu'a islands.

FEMA'S public information officer, John Treanor, says FEMA's initial assistance is over

"We shipped over 70,500 pounds of emergency supplies and that includes water, tarpaulins, tents, generators, lanterns, chainsaws. We shipped them over on twenty boatloads and sixty helicopter missions to disperse it among the islands."
