The Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase has taken a plane to Labasa this morning where he is expected to meet jailed Minister.
Mr Qarase received legal advice from the Solicitor General on the options available to him last night.
He is expected to announce his decision on the latter's political future following the meeting.
