Guam attorney general scheduled to make address about protecting public interest

10:27 am on 19 April 2005

Attorney General Doug Moylan will address the people of Guam about protection of the public's interest today, and for the first time at the Legislative Session Hall.

Mr Moylan described his office as being in the state of war in last year's address.

Mr Moylan is expected to talk about the eviction of his office from the judicial centre, budgetary limitations, and conflicts with the administrative and judicial branches of the government of Guam, as well as the loss of staff attorneys, in his office.
