The former governor of the Papua New Guinea province of Bougainville says he is more emphatic that ever that the just completed election was rigged.
John Momis was soundly beaten in the poll by Joseph Kabui, who is being sworn in Arawa on Friday.
The international elections monitors have praised the transparency of the election process but Mr Momis claimed earlier this week that the poll was a fraudulent exercise.
He says while he has yet to decide on legal action, he is now more convinced than ever that there was fraud.
"Because we now have witnesses and we have got more information as evidence of the some of the election irregularities and of what we consider the rigging of the election."
