Police in the Highlands of Papua New Guinea are yet to make any arrests as they continue their investigation into the deaths of a dozen people in a recent tribal confrontation.

People from Enga and Western Highlands provinces clashed at the OK Coffee Corporation at Kimil a fortnight ago.

A source says 12 coffins have been built to bear the dead, but the fate of a number of people reported missing after the attack still isn't known.

The commander of Enga police says he is helping his counterpart in Western Highlands, but he's not committed any manpower to the investigation and he's not looking for anyone within his provincial boundaries in connection with the attack.
