The Regional Assistance Mission to Solomon Islands, RAMSI, has outlined some of the events to mark its second anniversary in the country later this month.
The Special Co-ordinator, James Batley, says the theme of the anniversary is, You and Me Together Can Do It.
He says after the first year's emphasis on the restoration of law and order, RAMSI in its second year has concentrated on attacking corruption and restoring the country's capacity to manage its own affairs.
The anniversary celebrations, over the weekend of 23rd to 24th of July, will feature the well known Australian band, Yothu Yindi.
An Australian army and a police band will also perform alongside leading Solomon Islands bands.
There will be events throughout the country including a public service of thanksgiving in Honiara.
