In American Samoa, a list of patients sent off island for medical treatment at the government's expense continues to draw controversy.
Senator Alo Stevenson reacted angrily to a statement by a hospital official that the release of the list to the Senate was a breach of patient privacy.
Senator Alo said he didn't like the insinuation that he and the chairman of the Senate Health Committee had done something wrong.
Alo said that as long as public funds are used the privacy rules don't apply.
The LBJ Hospital's privacy and compliance officer, Pat Kalasa, says an investigation is under way into the source of the leaked patient list.
