Air New Zealand has added two extra flights to Niue over Christmas.
The new flights to Niue were launched earlier this month and demand for the service since then has forced the extra services.
The additional flights will leave Auckland on Wednesday 21 December, with a post Christmas service from Niue on the 11th January.
Air New Zealand's group general manager for marketing network and sales Norm Thompson says the extra flights will give the 21-thousand Niueans living in New Zealand and Niue the opportunity to reunite with their friends and family at a very special time of the year.
Air New Zealand launched a weekly service to and from Niue on 4 November 2005, with economy airfars starting from 259 nz dollars one way plus taxes and levies.
