American Samoa hotel gets new board

The government majority-owned Rainmaker Hotel in American Samoa has a new board following a shareholder's meeting yesterday.

Tony Brown, who is a seasoned hotelier having managed the Rainmaker Hotel during its more profitable times.

Cathie Haleck, Robin Annesley-Dalton represent the majority-of-the minority stockholders.

Malemo Tausaga, Taulapapa William Sword, Utu Abe Malae are directors of the Development Bank of American Samoa which holds 80 per cent of the hotel stock on behalf of the government.

Paul Solofa is the other new board member.
