The couple arrested in American Samoa on Thursday during a police raid in Malaloa have now been formally charged.
Ale Paseko Mokoma and his wife Taamila Mokoma are each charged with 2 counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, ice and marijuana and possession of an unlicensed firearm.
They will make their initial appearances in Dsitrict Court this weekend.
Both are being held without bail though Taamila Mokoma was allowed to return home Thursday night to make arrangements for the care of her children, before being re-arrested.
