Oceania Davis Cup side stay in Division two of Asia/Oceania Zone

The Oceania Davis Cup Tennis team have beaten Malayasia three-two to stay in the Asia/Oceania Group 2 division.

Oceania got off to a disastrous start with Marshall Islands West Nott forced to retire with cramp when leading Malaysia's number one.

However, Solomon Islands Michael Leong came back to level the tie winning the second singles.

Malaysia hit back taking the doubles in a three and one half hour, four set marathon to take a 2-1 lead into the final day of the Davis Cup tie

But the Oceania singles players came back to win both sets and take the tie.
